24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes within this window will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee.
Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service.
You are able to edit your booking on Vagaro until 24 hours before your appointment. If you are having issues, or are after the cancellation period and need to let us know you cannot make it to your appointment call, text, or email us directly.
A credit card is required to secure all bookings. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling with the full service fee applied.
Excessive cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments may result in loss of pre booking privileges

For safety reasons and to preserve a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that all children be supervised and remain outside of service areas unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
